Let’s talk about transformation. One of the most important aspects of life, for me at least, is a willingness to learn and grow. Life would be boring if we stayed the same. While it can be hard to let go of preconceived notions and old habits, there are a lot of ways to break through and make changes. This week I want to look at small steps you can take to make changes, whether it’s health, reading goals, learning a language, being tidier, or communicating better. We all have the ability to make changes at any time; however, if it were that easy, everyone would be their best selves all the time. The truth is it takes work, dedication, and drive, but when you have spiritual tools as well as physical ones at your disposal, it becomes easier to navigate the path that will lead you to your best self. This week’s Daily Focus examines some of the tools we can use to help us navigate the path to our better selves more easily.
