During a phone call, the energy that the psychic is reading cannot be distorted or prejudiced by any distractions that the psychic might pick up on from the person being in the same room. What is the average length of a psychic reading for most customers?
It depends on the number and complexity of the question(s), of course. We recommend you allow yourself at least 15-20 minutes, in order to have a satisfactory experience. Keep in mind that an answered question will often lead to new questions.
How long are my introductory minutes (or purchases) good for?

How do I know if I connect with a psychic?

What happens if psychics give me different answers?
Each individual psychic will connect with you on a different level. Since readings rely on energy, your readings may vary depending on your mood, state of mind, current thoughts, stress level or comfort, your surroundings, or any preconceived notions or emotional blocks that you may have in your unconscious. This applies to people you may be asking about in your reading as well.
The most enlightening psychic readings tend to come from speaking with a psychic you trust. You will want to make sure that you select a psychic whose reading style is in line with your personal preference (straightforward, compassionate, or inspirational). Building a good rapport with that reader is crucial.
Why didn’t my prediction come true?
Be aware that knowledge changes outcomes. Also, due to free will, the timing of many things can change. If a psychic sees a particular date, anything you do after talking to that psychic can still change your fate. A simple shift in your thought can change the outcome of any situation. A change in any of the parties involved (thoughts or actions) may change the outcome of a situation. Since we are unable to control other people's thoughts and actions, a psychic may only be able to base a prediction on your current state of affairs and state of mind. Predictions are based on an assessment of the energy around your situation.
What happens if multiple psychics say the same thing and all are wrong?
You will not want to "overdo" your readings, or have too many in one day - especially with different psychics. Some psychics may tend toward more general guidance, while others may present more specific information. Different psychics tune into different aspects of your personality and energy. One psychic reading can influence another. If you read with multiple psychics, the current psychic can pick up on the energy from those previous readings. Some psychics suggest that you picture a large book over the previous information from your other readings so that that information doesn't influence your current reading.
Is the psychic good with timing?
Some psychics will give you excellent ideas about time frames, but others may either decline to make predictions or let you know that timing isn't one of their specialties. This is specific to each psychic. For those whose strengths lie in the arena of predictions, their individual talents and styles affect their readings. Specifically, Psychic Astrologers tend to provide the most accurate timelines, as they base their predictions on your natal chart.
What if a psychic keeps changing their timeline?
It's important to keep in mind that your psychic is basing their predictions and timelines on your current state. The Universe is constantly changing, and everything changes based on the circumstances around you. A reading isn't an exact science, but rather a prediction of how things are going based on the information the psychic is able to pick up on at the time of your reading.

What is a callback?
A callback is a service that allows you to be placed on a psychic's waiting list to be called back in the order the requests are submitted. Once the psychic logs on, and you are next in line, our telephone system will connect you with the psychic.
How do callbacks work?
When the psychic you chose logs on, an outbound call is systematically made to the first customer on the callback waiting list. An automated voice response system will prompt you to enter the last four digits of your personal identification number (PIN). Once the last four digits of the PIN number are entered, a second phone call is systematically routed to the psychic. A third phone line merges you and the psychic, completing the callback process. Don't worry- your minutes won't begin until after you connect with your psychic.
How do I schedule a callback?
You can easily schedule a callback with a psychic online or by calling our Customer Service team at . (International customers can reach Customer Service by dialing 001.323.960.1597) You can set up a callback 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - as long as there is room in that psychic's waiting list. In both cases, when following the process, click on the "Get Callback" button, enter your phone number and the amount of time you are willing to wait - as well as the minimum amount of time you'd like to speak to the psychic.

Sure! You can check the status of your callback simply by logging into Your Account. Once logged in, go to the schedule tab of the psychic you scheduled a callback with. See "View the Current Waiting List," which will display your place in line, along with a breakdown of the estimated number of minutes each caller ahead of you has. My wait time has exceeded the estimated time. Why haven't I gotten my callback yet?
Estimated wait times are based on historical data related to the customers ahead of you in line, so the actual call times can vary. Also, sometimes a customer in line before you will add additional time, which changes the original wait time estimate. If your callback window has been exceeded and you would still like to speak to a particular psychic, you might attempt to add yourself to the callback list again. You can also call our Customer Service team at to help you get back in the callback queue.
I got a callback, but the call never connected to my psychic.
If your callback did not connect properly, give our Customer Service team a call at , and we can look into it for you. If possible, put yourself back in the callback queue.
What if the callback list is full?
Room in the callback list (queue) becomes available as the psychic conducts their readings and gets through their queue. You can add yourself when room becomes available and choose the maximum 48 hours for your callback window. Please note, the maximum number of people that can wait in the callback line is 6. How do I schedule an appointment?
You can easily schedule an appointment with a psychic online, or by calling our Customer Service team at . (International customers can reach Customer Service by dialing 001.323.960.1597.) To schedule an appointment online, you can do it three different ways:
Psychic Detail Page: Go to a psychic's detail page and click on the schedule tab, where you will find available appointments listed.
"Talk!" Button: Simply click on the "Talk!" button (next to the psychic's photo) and you will be taken to the Psychic's detail page, where you will see a box that reads "Appointments".
Make an Appointment: Select your preferred time for an appointment, and follow the steps, either entering the phone number where you'd like to receive the call - or by choosing to call in at your appointment time.
You can schedule appointments up to 7 days in advance, but they must be made at least two hours in advance. All appointments are scheduled for the top of the hour. Appointments are limited to 58 minutes in length if there is another appointment scheduled after yours.
Please note: To schedule and keep an appointment, you must have a minimum PIN balance of 20 minutes, or the dollar-value equivalent.
