Laura Day: Celebrity Intuitive

You may have heard of Laura Day, mega-author of such books as Practical Intuition, The Circle and How to Rule the World From Your Couch, but did you know that she is also a celebrity psychic? Well actually she prefers the term “intuitive.”

Day has such high profile clients as Demi Moore, Nicole Kidman and Jennifer Aniston – in fact Aniston is even quoted as saying, “I’m learning to use my intuition. We all have it – I’m just tuning into it.”

Psychics, any tips on how readers can hone their own intuition? What is the difference between being called a “psychic” and an “intuitive?”

“Everybody is born with some degree of intuition….we are all intuitive some way or another. Intuition is comparable to IQ…it varies from person to person.”

I agree with you, Gina Rose. I have tried to train my intuition but I am not as good as I would like to be…

I like Laura Day and the way she writes her books. I have met another “intuitive” in Europe named Ben Chamberlain, 8 months ago. I was in Switzerland and I have met him thanks to a friend of mine. It was a great experience, the first one with a psychic.
Unfortunately, he comes only 2 or 3 times a year in USA and he does not have a website for the moment.

Anyway, I believe in intuition and I am sure a very good “intuitive” is actually a psychic.

I’m a person who, when a problem hits, wants to move immediately into figuring out how to resolve it. Often, unlike a broken water pipe, fixing things in our lives, careers, relationships are not as easy as a trip to Home Depot. But in this book, Laura Day provides real, tangible tools for fixing those parts of our lives. The best part about these actions is that Laura is very clear in saying that they should be used within our busy hectic days – you don’t need to clear an hour for cross-legged meditation to exert your ability to change something for the good. As I work through this book (and I’m still doing so at different paces every day) the one overwhelming thing about the experience isn’t the fact that I can make situations better, bring myself perfect opportunities, or negotiate changes in relationships. It is the calming and empowering knowledge that I really can choose what my life is like. When you open the book (or experience any of the gifts Laura offers – books, CD experiences, workshops) you are stepping into a community that is at once comforting and invigorating. The support you receive from the other people who have open their lives to these ideas is amazing. As is Laura herself being right there with you. Yes, she does have friends/clients who are exciting and famous. But the most beautiful thing about Laura (and what she is trying to teach us) is that she sees everyone as within her circle – her family.

i was the pioneer of media extra ssensory perception programs since 1962 – including WMAQ radio and Chicago TV. We set records for the number of listeners and viewers. My clients came from 8 countrys and 41 states. I then was elected to the office of an Indiana State Senator and served 16 years before retiring. using my ESP often in looking at introduced Bills and finding hidden agendas in them. One of my specialties is missing people and crime subjects. ESP has brought much understanding and spiritual growth to me and my family, friends and clients. Everyone has it and they need to develop it to enrich their lives. Just as one would build their bicep muscles, the brain ‘muscle’ must also be ‘toned’ and made stronger.

Has anyone looked at Vern Woolf’s ‘Holodynamics’ It’s an up to date scientific approach with whole spectrum of Consciousness approaches thrown in. Some may say this is off-subject but I would think he’s given us a workable structure for fulfilling, together, our deepest potential, which must be the ethical aim of a psychic or intuitive.
Whoever, we have a great ‘shift’ on the way which psychics have so ably heralded.

    Hi,
I agree-we all have some intuitive ability.
Allowing yourself to begin to trust those small instinctive reactions we all have and then build upon trusting them as you have your first successes is a great way to begin to hone your own intuitive ability.

    Hi…
Everybody is born with some degree of intuition….we are all intuitive some way or another. Intuition is comparable to IQ…it varies from person to person.
I’ve trained wanna-be psychics for over 28 years….my students need to demonstrate beyond average psychic ability to begin with ,
…and **** be able and willing to meditate and work on honing their gifts.
And, I also teach the ethical part of this field as well……I do not endorse they charge for their services for at least 1 to 3 years….
A psychic is gifted beyond the normal definition and limited boundaries of average intuition ……a professional psychic has honed their extra special and exceptionally powerful gifts to a certain degree of consistency .

A good example….almost everybody can learn to play the keyboard or piano…..but only a precious few are gifted enough to be concert pianists.
