How to Handle Stressful Problem-Days

How you handle problems is different than how your neighbor does, but your problems can be a big deal and cause quite a bit of stress. The question is, what’s the best way to handle your problems so that you can get on with your life?

Lighten Up and Let Go

Stuck at the bottom of the sheets with a tub of ice cream again? Hurt again? Abandoned again? World’s collapsing?

Alright. Take a breath. Take two. Come out from under those sheets. It’s not that bad. Really, it’s not that bad.

After all, we live on an insignificant speck of a planet at the back end of the Milky Way galaxy. Each of us are only one of 7 billion people on that planet, of just one of millions of species of plants and animals. And even at the level of your individual, how long will your problem last? A few hours? A few days? A few years? Place it next to geological time, and see how it stacks up.

No, my dears, it’s not a big deal. It only seems like a big deal because your perspective is the same size as your problem.

So take a break from taking yourself so seriously. In the grand scheme of things, it probably only counts for very little.

Now think back. Do you remember what you were stressing out about yesterday? You might, but what about a week ago? A month ago? A year ago? Can you pick a day at random from a calendar of five years ago and remember exactly what colossal, insurmountable problem you were dealing with on that specific day? Chances are, no you can’t, but chances also are, it seemed pretty overwhelmingly important at the time. Get personalized advice, contact a psychic today!

“H.A.L.T.= When you are too Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired it’s time to slow down and take some time for yourself, otherwise you will say or do something that could complicate your life further…and you don’t need that!” – Yemaya ext. 5143

Similarly, for how much longer will you remember today’s problem? A day, a month, a year? In all likelihood, you’ll probably just get a good night’s sleep and forget about it. Or, if you don’t forget about it, maybe you’ll at least get some sleep and find that it seems so much more manageable upon awaking. It usually works that way.

So breathe. Relax. Count to ten. And remind yourself who’s in charge.

problems arise in life mainly cuz one is looking at things around them from their perspective, an everyone has their own way or fixed approach to life, only flexibility can allow a certain amount of relief or a sense of peace in the journey called life

Wow what a great article, my thanks to the writer, I have had week of feeling manipulated, controlled and played! All along I said to myself, do not take revenge, do not react, do not get angry, I reminded myself this moment albeit a long one will pass and it will all work out for the better, I reminded myself that there is areason this is happening and a lesson to learn, and I looked for the positives in this situation, and yes I found positives. I often wondered what it would be like to pass over, would I like what I saw? would I like how I would be judged? In remembering this I feel it empowers me to be kind, nice, and grateful and just allow Karma to play the trump card!

If it’s one thing crossing over twice has taught me, it’s how to view things and put things in perspective,…. and look at the bigger, overall picture…..from a Karmic point of view.

This article reminds me of the saying : This too, shall pass .
