   So Im 50. I was married for 20 years and have now been divorced for 2 years 5 months since i lived on my own at least 1.5 for final divorce. I have been with 3 men. Is that to many?. Currently i have no boyfriend. I dont know how I feel about casual sex. One of the 3 was sex only about 3 days then he was done. I had too much baggage I would run too if it were me.me. But im sure there will me another man in my life or god knows how long before i meet if ever a man i want to spend my life with. Im kinda in my sexual prime. So what wait ? Let menopause finish me off? But i feel kinda yuky about it. I really cant geg into casual because it takes practice, being comfortable and relaxed doing it once or twice does not allow for any of that……oh god im going to really miss out on this over sexed time of my life. Its already half of what it was like 2 years ago. Any advice to this ?

   2 to 5 I think is a reasonably fair. I don’t think more than a handful of lovers is good if you intend to find a meaningful, faithful and loving relationship. But I also think that if a person has many sexual experiences then they should be with a person of the same level experience wise. Sexual compatability is very important, so lovers that are matched sexually have a better chance of surviving the trials and tribulations of a relationship then couples that are unmatched. Also, I believe and it’s my opinion is that if you want to have an amazing sex life and have great new experiences then one doesn’t need to have sex with multiple partners in ones lifetime, but have that with the person that perfectly complements ones self.
