DreamCast: Use Your Dreams to Guide Your Future

Millie in Kennesaw, Georgia writes:

I frequently used to experience what I wrote off as déjà vu. But I’ve recently come to realize that these déjà vu moments first appeared in my dreams. Before, I wasn’t remembering these moments as dreams, just that I had seen them happen before. As I have gotten older, the dreams have become more detailed and vivid. I believe this is why, when I am in a déjà vu moment, I can distinctly remember having dreamed it. The problem is, when I dream I can’t tell which ones will actually play out in my life.

Is there a way to make these dreams work for me instead of just watching when they play out? Is there some way I can use them to direct my steps? Want to know what’s ahead on your life path? Talk to Psychic Maryanne ext. 9146 who is also a dream analyst.

Hello Millie,

Yes indeed! Whereas déjà vu is French for “already seen,” what you’ve experienced is called “déjà rêvé,” which means “already dreamed.” (Actually, they may be the same phenomenon – a moment of déjà vu may simply be the surfacing of a forgotten dream scenario.)

So how does this happen? When you sleep, you enter other dimensions where you gain insights about your past, present and future. These journeys are depicted in your dreams. Some of these dreams are precognitive, which can prompt déjà rêvé experiences.

Intriguingly, some dream experts believe that every meaningful event in one’s life is first played out in a dream. In his book, Dreaming True: How to Dream Your Future and Change Your Life for the Better, Robert Moss writes, “We not only see the future in dreams. We can use dream information about the possible future to create better futures.” He says we can use dreams, along with synchronicities and symbols in waking life, as “navigational beacons” to guide us.

Fortunately, you don’t have to wait to have a precognitive dream. Through certain techniques, you can “program” (summon) a dream that depicts a future event. Programming entails focusing on having a precognitive dream before going to sleep. You can do this by repeating aloud, “Tonight, I will dream of an event that will happen in the coming week.” You can also write down your intention, multiple times, and keep it by your bedside or under your pillow. When you awaken, write down any dreams or dream fragments you have, whether or not you feel it’s a premonition. Then see what transpires in the coming days. (By the way, you can also program dreams to enhance your creativity, give guidance with a relationship, solve a problem or enhance a talent.). Ready to better understand your dreams? Talk with Psychic Jean ext. 5132 who is also a dream analyst.

There are many more programming techniques, many of which are described in books by dream authors Moss, Patricia Garfield, Ph.D. and Stephen LaBerge, Ph.D. If you’re committed to working with your dreams, you will empower them to guide your steps.

Sweet dreams,

Cortney

I firmly believe that “deja vu” is simply a confirmation that we are exactly where we are supposed to be, that your life is “on schedule”. Makes me realize that there are no accidents or coincidences, your life path is preordained and you are following it.
