Hello,

Many years ago when I was working at a psychic convention one of the psychics there told me that I am intuitive, however, I’m not allowing the spirits in. She also told me when I’m ready I need to open and let them in. Equally as important, I also needed to learn how to turn them off.

This never went any further as my busy life hurried by. I feel the time has come for me to attend to this situation. As it only has become more prevalent.

Could you please give me advice on how to let Spirit in and turn Spirit off?
