How many times do you hear about people who build up false profiles on Internet dating sites just so they can get a conversation going and perhaps meet up with someone to have a one night stand? It’s true and people do it every day just so they can have a few hours of pleasure. Let’s take a look at some of the most common lies told by women and men that are told before having sex or in order to get the sexual ball rolling.

The Adoration Factor

Some people use compliments as a way of getting into another person’s pants. You might hear phrases such as, “You are one of the most beautiful women/sexiest men I have ever met,” or “Your eyes are mesmerizing. I want to see more of you.” Yes, it’s true, these lines are being told around the world 24/7. It’s not that they don’t find you attractive, it’s just that they might compliment you more often just to get you into bed.

Survival Tactics

Some people use survival methods to get super close to the one they are lusting for such as, “It’s cold. Come over here and snuggle with me,” or “Let’s go watch TV in my room where it is quieter.” Even better, “I just want us to get warm and take a bubble bath together. I promise nothing else will happen!” All of these lies are told to make the other person (the prey) feel more at ease and comfortable when, in fact, they are being marked for seduction. Beware.

Obvious Lies and Corny Ones Galore

Ever heard the line, “I have a fireman’s or cop uniform in my room. Do you want to see it?” or, “I just love the feeling of your skin against mine. We won’t do anything else. I promise.” Um, right. Lies, lies and more lies and obvious ones at that.

The Most Popular Pre-Sex Lie

If you have ever been told, “I never have sex on the first date. We must have something special between us,” you most likely have been told a lie. Not that there aren’t any men or women who wait a bit before having sex, but nowadays, most individuals have had a one night stand or two in their lives. Want more out of love then just one night stands? Psychic Venus ext. 9463 knows what you’re doing wrong.

Whether we’ve been told these little white lies because of insecurities, secrets they don’t want to reveal or if they just want a booty call, we’ll never be exactly sure. The majority of the time, people are seeking intimacy without ties and the pre-sex lies are a warm up to that experience. Take it all with a grain of salt and just be aware if you are being coaxed into sex earlier than you would like.
