The Flower of Life grid pattern is a great one to start with, whether it is made of a drawing you do on paper, a pre-printed cloth grid, copper metal plate or bowl, wood, or any other material you like.
- Activate your grid. You can do this in a number of ways: Hold your hands over the crystal grid pattern while holding your intention in your mind, or speaking your intention aloud like a prayer, and generating the heat of your heart energy into the crystal pattern. Some folks also like to use a crystal to touch on and activate all the other crystals, use sage, or they keep a bowl of salt nearby as they activate the grid. They may also do all of the above. The crystals will pick up your energy and intention and begin radiating it for you. It’s good to keep this grid up for at least 40 days while giving it a little “shot” of your intention energy each day to keep it strong and flowing.
- Receive your desires. Open up your heart and mind and take in the happy results of your energy work!
