A Past Life Regression Reading

5301244-492x740 I have always been open-minded in regards to psychic readings. While many answers may come across as broad enough to associate with someone’s deceased relatives or even give direction in life’s choices, I have found some to be quite true. In December of 2007, my brother-in-law, a self-renowned psychic, requested to give me a past-life regression reading. At the time I was experiencing incredible knee pain which stemmed from a current medical condition I have been afflicted with. I of course complied with him and the session began.

It was difficult to relax at first as the pain in my knee was overbearing and the painkillers were not doing their job just yet. However, after some relaxation techniques I fell into a semi-conscious trance. I envisioned myself in a circular room with a door leading to one of my past lives. I walked through it with confidence and excitement. It was quite an experience as the visions were lucid and I answered all of the questions with details. My first past life I delved into was in the feudal period where I saw myself hammering a broadsword with a hammer and anvil. Now, perhaps my affinity with this era may tie into this but I was a serf who lived a simple life and worked for the army.

I saw soldiers dressed in chain-mail huddled around a map of the enemy. I handed a helmet to one soldier. It was extremely crystal-clear and I could almost feel as if I were there. The next part I recall was packing my meager possessions into a boat. I turned and hugged a small boy and then an unforeseen figure. I knew it was a woman but I couldn’t say who. I shoved off into the misty water and I felt very sad. During the reading I was told that I spoke in great detail. Finally, this regression ended with me visiting a graveyard and sobbing by an unmarked grave. My brother-in-law asked if I knew who the grave was and replied with one name, the name of an ex-girlfriend whom I pined for when I was younger. I understand how past lives can tie into current lives, but this blew me away as this girl who had crushed my heart over and over again in this life was my wife in another.

My brother-in-law “led” me back to the circular room with the door and I prepared to find my next life. As I opened the door I felt energized and strong. The pain in my knee had subsided and I spoke with great fervor about this life. In this life, I was a horrible, horrible person who killed women, children and the innocent. I killed with pleasure and no remorse. The kicker of it all… I was a vampire. After the reading my brother-in-law didn’t think this was real as he didn’t know vampires were real, but I was so confident in this that he went on to research it further. In this life I was a terrible individual who hurt many. My life ended when the townspeople hung, drew, quartered and burned my body in the center of the square. I associate my current health malady with this past life as I am almost repenting for my sins. As a new father and an elementary school teacher, I have discovered a love for children that brings with it patience, calmness and accomplishment I haven’t found in other careers. This is in such contrast to this evil horrific life I led.

At the conclusion of the reading I awoke feeling lucid yet my mind had this vacant part as if I knew something happened but I couldn’t place my finger on it. Past-life regression readings are an incredible experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

    Hi Jan Hinote,
No….vampires, in the literal sense, are not real.
Although, figuratively speaking, I’ve run across some “emotional vampires” in my life time….but that is a whole other topic.

The first past life reading I had years ago gave me the information that I had been a male in a past life who kept animals and farmed and had a family.
During this life, I have an absolute black thumb and seem to be a beach person rather than a farm person.

Very nice Layne! I am a certified past life regression therapist. Sometimes we get stuck on a re-play so through a regression you can release it. Since you have already lived it once there is no need to repeat it in this life time.
    Many Blessings

I have had many-The best one I had was with a Russian paranormal psychologist-
But here are a few things that I experienced in some of them:
I saw myself driving and crashing, the car looked like a 1960’s model which is interesting because I was born in 69. Also, I had seen myself living pretty desolate in another regression. Oh and the very last regression, I was a maid/servant…
Let’s see, well in this life, I do not like driving. I like to live in the city and I have to admit, I am not excited to clean even though I push myself to do it.
I think it’s a great way to unlock certain things that are stored in our minds. I enjoyed it. I admire the people who have a gift in being able to do this to others. It’s not my calling but, I sure admire it and enjoy having it done to me.
    Great article. thanks.

I have had one in the past. Interesting that each life I have come to help children, and have never completed my goals. It is a working progress for me each life to accomplish this task.
I also understand now, why I “had” this fear of being surrounded by a body of water. In a past life, I drowned at the age of 19, while fishing at the riverbank. I wondered away from the tribe who were also fishing and the tides pulled me under.
I immediately remembered a fishing trip with my grandfather by the riverbank at the age of ten. I had wondered off by myself to a spot I felt suited to fish. Immediately after I casted my fishing line into the river, it caught on to something sturdy at the bottom. The harder I pulled the more it felt like I was being pulled into the river, so I stopped. I remember putting my pole down, and telling my grandfather I was done for the day. I sat near his car, far from the riverbank and wait there until he had finished.
As interesting as this may be the more information she continued to give me about my past life the less I wanted to know. The deaths of my past lives were a little discomforting so I rather live happily in the present.
