Psychic Gina Rose: Paying it Forward

Psychic and Animal Lover

Have you ever wondered what your psychic does when he or she isn’t helping you through the toughest time of your life or answering your burning questions about your love life or career? Well, I know they’re practicing what they preach in all aspects of their daily lives, whether it is the principles of karma, feng shui, setting and reaching goals, or paying it forward—the act of taking the income they earn at California Psychics and using it to help others in need. One such psychic is Gina Rose ext. 9500 whose lifelong love for animals inspired her to build a no-kill shelter in her community.

Gina Rose has been a lover of animals ever since she was a little girl. She remembers, “I was an only child, and I had many animals who I thought of as siblings, including horses, dogs and cats. I have always had a gift with animals as well as people. The local farmers and ranchers considered me to be a horse whisperer.” Not only did Gina Rose love animals, she also understood them. What are you passionate about? Gina Rose ext. 9500 can help you turn that passion into good works!

Gina Rose had a childhood dream. She wanted to be the first female jockey to win the Triple Crown of horse racing. But she kept growing, and even though she was considered small in stature, she was still too big to be a jockey. So how did she incorporate her love of animals later in life? She built a no-kill shelter in her town. Much of the funding even came out of her own pocket. The shelter is now thriving and Gina Rose is one of the board members. She shares, “We have placed many dogs, cats and even a few horses into forever homes. I have a soft spot for senior dogs and cats that wander into our shelter. They are fine animals that need good homes. A little bit of gray around the muzzle shouldn’t mean the end of a life—for people or for animals.” She adds, “Just the look on the faces of some of the senior animals I’ve placed into forever homes is enough gratitude for me.” Finding homes for older animals is very challenging, but it is so rewarding for Gina Rose.

Gina Rose sees her work with homeless animals as a karmic duty. She shares, “Everybody has a karmic duty to pay it forward in some way, whether it’s to our fellow humans, the planet and environment, or to the creatures that inhabit it. That is why we are here on the earthly plane—to learn, evolve and grow and to leave this earthly plane a little better off in our wake.” The world is a better place for homeless animals thanks to Gina Rose! You too can help make the world a better place. Start with your neighborhood and get project ideas from Gina Rose ext. 9500.

The next time you want a psychic reading, consider making an appointment with Gina Rose, especially if you love animals as much as she does. Not only will Gina Rose answer your burning questions and make sure you’re on the right life path, but by booking with her, there’s a good chance you’ll be helping the homeless animals in her town too!

My Shilo is a shelter rescue. I lost my last friend after 13 wonderful years, she was a yr when we got her. I asked for her assistance in finding a new friend, a yr later, and she found me Shilo. She is now My rescuer! She is so kind and gentle and beautiful! When I went to the shelter to pick up Shilo, I had contacted them and let them know that I wanted the dog they called Chicklet…. when I got there, a 75 mile drive, she was getting a check up at the vets. So I browsed the kennels, just to see…Naw! I want the one I came for….then she jumped out of the shelter managers car and I was HORRIFIED at what I saw!!! Severely emaciated, only 27 pounds and I found out she also had Parvo. She came home with me, 16″ legs, sure look strange on a Lab,,,,but then she was more greyhound!!! Poor thing, only maybe 5 months old and she had been living on the streets, by the tracks, just trying to survive for a long time alone!!!!!!!!! do you think that just because I let her sleep on the couch and I on the floor for the first 2 weeks, she has the position of alpha? 🙂

    Gina,
I can so relate to how you came to be so close to animals. I too am an only child and I grew up in Michigan by a lake and surrounded by woods. We always had dogs and horses. I took in many orphaned and injured animals at an early age. People would call me and ask me what to do if they found one. I now live in San Diego area and I miss the country life. I ended up in a career in health helping people but now would like to spend second half of my life working with animals. I do hope I get a chance to speak with you soon. Thank god that there are people like you who help those who cannot help themselves.

Isn’t it wonderful to have the courage and conviction to follow your heart, fabbo article and very reassuring, I love the thought, paying Karma forward! I believe in working for peoples trust, and in doing so I put myself out for them, I see that as paying forward, but I do it as I want too, not as i think there will be a return, however how reassuring it could be returned one day, here or later.

Thank you, Gina, for the amazing work you do. I have spoken with you before. I am a dog trainer in the San Diego area. I spend a great deal of time doing what I can to encourage people to adopt a shelter dog. All of the animals I have ever had (dogs and cats) through the years have been rescues, and they have been the MOST loving, and amazing family members I could ever hope for. You are right. They do understand and appreciate being a part of a “forever” home. I also have a sweet spot for the elderly pets. God love em.

You are such an inspiration to me.

    Blessed Be,

    Jen

Thank You Dania, Amanda , and Puffin

My 2013 New Years resolution is to start saving those little receipts for my CPA who pulls her hair out every year at tax time for deductions.
A collar here, a leash there, dog and kitty toys on sale, heart worm meds, etc all add up and when I’m in a hurry , on the go, I don’t always save those receipts.
( NOT very virgo- like of me….but… oh well )

So I threw an old shoe box in my truck to save those receipts to give her, and if one of my own rescued pets don’t eat them , or I don’t lose them, my CPA will be happy too.

Animals have souls and emotions too, dogs can understand up to 1200 words and phrases and the average dog has the IQ of an 8 year old, depending on the breed. Animals are smarter than we generally think they are and have a great capacity to love us humans unconditionally.

Most animals ‘ know ‘ they are being rescued by YOU and make for very loyal , loving, and appreciative pets.

Don’t shop…..but ADOPT !!!! spaying and neutering too, help keep future unwanted animals out of shelters in the future !

And please give senior dogs, cats , and horses a chance, they generally are more mild mannered than puppies, kittens, and yearlings, and can be retrained with a bit of TLC.

    Blessed Be )O(

    Hi Gina!
This is marvellous what you do with the no-kill animal shelter. I have such a love for animals that I can’t express! I am 25 and have always wanted to work in an animal shelter, but I know they put down animals after so many months, which I couldn’t bear. I think I will make my own no-kill animal shelter one day! 🙂
    Good on you!
