I liked what Lucrecia said a while ago on the blog here-it was something like, “what did I let in today” –something like that. It made me think. Thanks Lucrecia…That one really stuck with me…And I agree with Fran, singing to your favorite music can zap a bad mood or a difficult day…..Great pointers for sure and great post!
    Thanks,

Thanks for such an uplifting article! It came at just the right moment, too.
You had some great pointers for getting out of a funk and into a higher vibration. I find that if I go out into my backyard, sit in a comfortable chair, close my eyes, breathe slowly and deeply, and listen to the sounds around me, I begin to feel better. (I’ve been going out there a lot lately…lol)
And, of course, singing at the top of my lungs when I’m in the car!!
    Have a happy day!
    Fran
