I love the suggestion to “Reflect”-
stop, pay attention to what we are thinking and doing-I really do think that can ground us into the moment.
Also, I feel that being “in the moment” as much as possible can contribute greatly to the success of all types of relationships-romantic, co-worker, friend, family.

Good article…. ” being present in the moment ” takes some practice, but does offer many benefits…..it also helps for focus and meditational skills, which in turn, help develope one’s intuitive side.
And…when you past the age of 50, you realize how many of those precious moments have slipped by you, never to be recaptured again.
Time, as they say, is fleeting.
By the way, a related article ” The Art of Mindful Walking ” might be a good read for those of you trying to lose weight (?) . I found it very helpful and interesting. When I clicked on reading the above article…the Art of Mindful walking was listed on the right side of the page.
I’m referring to the group of us in the Customer Roundtable who have been discussing weight issues and dieting….I started walking to shed about 20 pounds…..I feel great, and the autumn leaves are beautiful this time of year in the Ozark Mountains.
I will not be in here much now, barring any rainy weather, still helping my Mom with estate issues.
