Reclaim your space.

    How do you even know what’s really going on when you think about it from. My view the world is a big place and finding the right answers are hard and when u are the only one u can depend on having ur back then u may just be stuck and realize that no matter what u gave it a good fight and thats all you can do thanks for ur time G I know that ur busy and sorry I couldn’t help more but I can honestly say that confusion is a convoluted sense of well being.

    This is a great article. While many of the things you recommend doing are difficult when you hurt so much, they are exactly the right things to do. You have to find the strength to pick yourself up and move forward no matter how awful you feel. These tips absolutely do help to move on.
