    I would also add that sometimes it can be difficult to come up with Affirmations that feel authentic.

    Start with something you, yourself can believe; and work your way up to bigger Affirmation.

    Like, “Why Not Me?” or “There is nothing I can’t learn” or “I am strong and I have the power to determine my own destiny” .

    Reclaiming your self-confidence and self-worth can sometimes be a process as well. When you set goals you can meet, you open the door to your greatest destiny!
