Hi there Nina, an update as I leave for my trip a week today on Fri, and look forward to spending time with mom, which is a golden opportunity you said. I'm still waiting for things to happen as it seems there is another delay due to busyness with his work, family, and health. I'm trying not to be impatient, but having a hard time not to, although I have a lot to complete before I leave. Thanks again!
