I spoke to Nevaeh in March, hoping that my rental property would sell, she did pick up May, which a buyer was interested & bidded on it. Called on 5/14 to find out what she can see, cause I was getting not too good vibes about the sell near the May closing date. She did pick up that there is going to be some issues that would cause delay or not happen. But it will sell this summer. She was right again! The closing did not happen & there were issues. Love this wonderful lady who always comes through for me and gives my life the calmed-down perspective it needs. On 4/20, Nevaeh told me my house would sell before July 30th. She recommended putting a copy of the St. Joseph statue in my backyard. I placed a photocopy in my purse. Forgot to bury it in the yard and 3 days later friends of friends came to see our house. We went under contract on 4/25. Nevaeh is magical--you just have to believe!

Spoke with Nevaeh on 5/1 and I asked if a class that I would be taking with my ex would be awkward (as we had a not so great/hurtful phone call a 2 days before). She said it won't be awkward. I thought, its gonna be awkward and we won't acknowledge the other. Well someone invited my ex to sit at our table and he did and we ended up partnering together out of 23 other people.
