Demi is so helpful! She tunes into the situation with a very realistic perspective and is extremely accurate in terms of reading my POI. I love that she doesn’t apply her own lens to the situation. She doesn’t tell me how I should feel or perceive things, she just tells me the information and supports me in digesting and deciding what it means for me.
