As always, Charlotte is the person to calm me down and save my day when I got so confused, and didn’t know what to do with my relationship, because is a little bit complicated. She gave me hope and told me what the real thoughts on my boyfriend’s mind which is really helpful. She has been very consistent since the first time I talk to her. As I commented before in my previous review, she is like a family of mine.
