Online: Click on any psychic’s photo to get to their bio page where you will
find available appointments listed. Next, select the time that’s right for you -
up to 72 hours in advance - and lock in
the time. Through the process, you will
be able to select whether you want to call
in or have them call you. You’ll even be able to cancel or reschedule when you log
in to the member’s section.
Appointments must be made at least two hours in advance (depending on
if the psychic is available that day). You can even make an appointment up to
three days in advance! All appointments are scheduled for the top of the hour. Appointments are limited to 58 minutes in length. **

**When making an appointment, customers in the U.S.
and Canada can either choose to call in, or have the psychic
call them at the scheduled time. Customers outside of the U.S. and
Canada must call in. To schedule and keep an appointment,
you must have a minimum PIN balance of 20 minutes or the dollar
value equivalent.
If you are making an appointment with a $3.50/minute psychic, your balance must be $70.
If you are making an appointment with a $4.50/minute psychic, your balance must be $90.
If you are making an appointment with a $5.50/minute psychic, your balance must be $110.
