Move Your Ass and Get What You Want!

Meet Life Head On

Time is precious, so stop wasting it! Shift your focus to those things that will get what you what want out of life, whatever that may be. No matter how many bad decisions you’ve made that may have held you back in the past, you now have the ability to rewrite your game plan and start anew. Let’s look at some effective, tangible approaches to actualizing your life goals. All that is required of you is a willingness to do the work!

No Excuses

So it’s time to man-up and face whatever roadblocks you’ve created that are preventing you from attaining your goals. It’s so much easier to lay blame outside of yourself because then you don’t have to do the work. Do yourself a favor and get out of your own way. Reflect on why you haven’t been getting results in your life and look closely at the excuses you use every day. Chances are, those excuses are the primary saboteurs in your life, and until you decide to let them go, you’ll never push through to your objectives.

Assert or Desert

If you don’t value your goals enough to fight for them, you’ll surrender them at the first opposition. Anything worth having takes effort, so whatever you commit to, go all in. Don’t allow other people to sway you, and as obstacles appear, knock them down one at a time.

The Practice of Persuasion

Rarely can you achieve large goals without interacting with many people throughout your journey. What direction these interactions take depends on you and your positive resolve. Be confident in your chosen direction, and invite others into your vision. Persuading others to see what you see and to believe in you and your goals requires confidence, focus, and deep desire. If you are looking to strengthen your persuasiveness, try asserting yourself on little projects first (such as negotiating a better rate for your phone plan or credit card account). You’ll find that you have the courage to take that power of persuasion to a higher level as you attack your goals anew.

The Work Smarter Not Harder Philosophy

While this old adage has a nice ring to it, putting it into practice can be a challenge. Having proper knowledge of your life and career goals will give you the key to reaping the greatest rewards for your efforts. Learn from the experience of your mentors and focus on executing the right moves to get you closer to your goals. It’s not the quantity of hours you put in, but their quality, as the saying goes. Educate yourself on what the right moves are, and then dive right in!

I really enjoy reading your articles. They are interesting and informative and make a lot of sense. My boyfriend of ten great years, has said that I spend more time and energy making excuses for not doing things than what it would take to actually do it. I know he’s right. I know that I am the one who is holding myself back from having a great life. I am confused about what path I should take. I am afraid that I will make the wrong decision once again and myself and others will suffer for it. Thanks for the great articles . I look forward to reading more.

Unquestionably believe that which you steatd. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the web the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I certainly get annoyed while people consider worries that they just don’t know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top as well as defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more and link this to our website . Thanks

I have become to realize that your ownself is all that will actually “take care of YOU”, and with all the stepping stones in life, the realization of oneselfs goal, for me is enjoying what I like to do, and go for it. I like your saying:Be confident in your chosen direction, and invite others into your vision. I feel strongly about this, and whichever direction one goes is totally up to the CHOICES you take in life, make it good for yourself and pursue your goals to come through.
