Build in Self-Care
If self-care is not already built into your priorities, then add it. Caring for yourself will help you maintain your commitment to the goal of balance, in addition to all of your other goals. Commit to taking time to relax, recharge, and play. Though it might seem trivial, this is integral to being able to maintain a work-life balance.
