This must have been the ultimate humiliation for a private Scorpio like Hathaway. Although she was cleared of any wrongdoing (and some publications claim she may have worked with the authorities to help prosecute him), what she didn't escape was the heartbreak of loving someone so unworthy of her. So why did she do it?
