Her caller Samara (not her real name) was struggling with legal issues and work. The young nurse was embroiled in a bitter divorce battle over a financial settlement. The judge seemed to be leaning in her ex-husband's favor. Plus, her supervisor at the hospital where she worked, had recently written Samara up for too many absences because of her legal troubles and issues with child care, even though she was using vacation days to go to court.
Samara's co-workers also found their supervisor unreasonable. There were rumors that she was leaving the company to take a high level position elsewhere, but nothing had been announced. Samara was worried that she might lose her job before her boss made a move.
"Will the divorce settlement be in my favor? What do you see?" Samara asked hopefully. Her husband kept pushing the settlement forward by conveniently forgetting to document his finances. They had another meeting set up with the judge the following week.
Claudia had several visions in response to her client's questions. The psychic saw the judge's expression turn from grim to a smile as he turned to Samara in her intuitive vision. "He's going to lose his temper with your ex-husband this week, you should be celebrating your settlement next week," Claudia said with confidence, as she also envisioned cartoon-like dollar bills wearing running shoes, sprinting towards her caller.
"Really? Are you sure? So soon? The judge has been surprisingly lenient with my ex. I haven't been feeling good about this, at all," she said quizzically.
"This settlement is almost as good as over," Claudia assured her caller.
"Okay," she said apprehensively, then changed the subject. "There's a job opening in another department at the hospital… the head nurse there likes me. Should I interview?" she asked indecisively.
"Your current supervisor is very prim and proper…" described Claudia.
"Yes," Samara validated.
"She will be gone by Friday."
"What? People are saying she'll never leave! She's high level and it's clear that I'm on her hate list. I can't afford to try and wait her out."
"I can only tell you what I see," Claudia suggested confidently.
"Well," Samara sighed, "If any of this does happen, then I've probably gone through the worst of things. I do feel kind of relieved. I just can't wait until all of this is settled. I really hope you're right," she said with a hint of optimism.
Samara now calls Claudia for regular monthly readings. The judge did lose his temper with her ex-husband and made a judgment in her favor, just as the psychic had predicted. And, Samara's supervisor did leave the office that Friday and never returned - the reasons were unclear.
"Samara often reminds me that she didn't believe a thing I said on that first call, though I got every fact right," Claudia reports. "Now when I predict something that sounds completely foreign to her, she just laughs and says 'Okay, I'll let you know.'"
