Last night I got a frantic call from a friend who’s been down the past few months. She’s been having issues many can relate to – she’s been dating around but hasn’t really found a good match for any kind of substantial relationship. Lately, she’s had a string of men that she goes to bed with on the first date. In her call she asked me point blank if that was interfering with her ability to find someone. Now, in my opinion, to each his own. If you can do that and feel OK about it then awesome. But clearly she wasn’t feeling good about it. I pointed her to a quote by Albert Einstein I came across recently when I was reading about mindfulness:<\/p>\n
