These people rely on us and it can be easy to set aside our wants and desires, allowing their needs to supersede our own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Yes, it can be hard to talk about not feeling validated. However, that doesn\u2019t make your needs any less important. Here are a few reminders for this week, to let you know that your needs, desires, and feelings matter. Remember, your presence is divine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have all put our own feelings aside to fit in at one time or another. It is the path of least resistance, and it can keep us safe.
