What does a typical day off look like for you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love starting my day off with coffee on\nthe patio. Fresh air is the perfect way to start the day in my opinion. Then I\nlike to ground myself with meditation, followed by a nice long shower. I find I\nget clearer answers when I connect with water first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once I\u2019ve fully woken myself up, I get my\n\u2018lash game on! Then I spend some time cleaning the house, moving items around,\nand adjusting to improve the energy flow while the kids are at school (no time\nwhen they\u2019re home). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After school, it\u2019s all about the kids and\ngetting them to their extracurricular activities. I\u2019ll also run some errands\nbefore going to pick the kids back up to go home again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once home, I must take some time to\nconnect with my plants. I have found that my plants bring a lot of vibrant\nenergy into my home and my life. It\u2019s delightful! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As night falls, I wind down the house and all the added energy by burning sage, which helps all of us sleep better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tend to end the day with lighthearted,\ncomedic shows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you relax and clear your mind after a long day on the line?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I tend to be drawn to the outdoors for\ncleansing. Sometimes I\u2019ll go for a drive with the windows down and the music up\nhigh, while other days, I simply sit in the grass to cleanse and rejuvenate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some fun things you enjoy in your free time?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love going to baseball games. I\u2019m so\nexcited that we\u2019re finally starting to be able to attend them again. I also\nlove attending live concerts, and I adore camping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does being a psychic effect your life?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I\u2019m not able to build my emotional walls,\nit can drain me completely. I find my abilities to be wonderful gifts but\nlearning how to protect myself is a must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did you discover your psychic abilities?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am in the cosmetology industry and enjoy helping others to not only feel better but also feel more confident. Shortly before I started my beauty career, I suffered the traumatic loss of a loved one. That loss triggered my psychic abilities to come to the surface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took me some time to channel them properly. I began by practicing psychometry and reading about psychic development every day. I started doing practice readings on people and studied how to see and sense auras, and used old family photos to strengthen my intuition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
