There are a lot of things that I have no control over, far more so than the things I do have control over. And there are days where even acknowledging that, and my own helplessness in the face of the injustices of the world, seems like an exhausting task in and of itself, and that\u2019s before you add in the drive and dedication to making changes. The truth is, you can chant a mantra every day and put your face to the sun, but some days are going to be harder than others. They don\u2019t all have to be good days, some can be still water days, some days you can just float. But when you\u2019re ready to make waves, here are some places you can start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
