Try to avoid coming into the reading with extremely high or low emotions. If you get a reader who is an Empath, your emotions are going to kind of \u201cspill\u201d into the reading and that usually isn\u2019t good. Also, think beforehand about the topic you\u2019d like to cover in the reading. That makes it easier for both you and the reader because there\u2019s a clear line between where we are going and what we\u2019re doing.
