Did you have a completely different career path in your past?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I was a dental assistant for over ten years and loved every minute of it. I learned so much at that job. I was also a 1:1 aide for children with disabilities for over eight years. It was an awesome job, and it gave me great insight into how to help them. My favorite and most important job however, I\u2019ve had for 25 years: the position of mom, and I couldn\u2019t be prouder!<\/p>\n

What does a typical day off look like for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I start my day with a 15-minute meditation, followed by coffee and breakfast. I then take some time to clean the house and go to the gym before making myself some delicious lunch. Later, I\u2019ll run errands, make dinner, and watch some TV to wind down. And of course, I\u2019m in constant contact with Spirit as I go about my day.<\/p>\n

I do my best to rest my mind on my days off. This usually involves reconnecting with Mother Nature, so in between my gym visits and errands, I\u2019ll spend a lot of time in parks around my home, or I\u2019ll go out to the beach or the boardwalk to decompress. Some days, I’ll treat myself to a nice day of lunch, shopping, and maybe even a mani\/pedi. I also love getting to see my family, and will visit them as often as I can, and take every chance I get to travel to new places.<\/p>\n

How do you relax your mind after being on the line all day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Disconnecting is the best thing for me, so no phone or social media for a short time after I get off the line. I start dinner and do normal household things for a bit. I\u2019ve found that TV is a good distraction for me too, so I\u2019ll turn that on while I\u2019m making dinner.<\/p>\n

How does being a psychic affect your day to day life?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am blessed to have the gifts I do, but being an empath can be hard at times. You pick up on many energies and anxieties from others, so it can be very draining. On the flip side, being a psychic elevates my energy levels and enhances my thought processes, which is a huge benefit.<\/p>\n

Have you helped a client in a memorable way?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have one client that I\u2019ve been working with for four years, trying to help her find her soul connection. She went for a long time without any communication, but after a lot of advising and coaching, the two of them finally connected, and are dating now! I\u2019m absolutely ecstatic for her and excited for the journey they have ahead of them.<\/p>\n
