How do you usually begin your day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

To begin the day I ground, center, and meditate. My day begins early, when I clear my energy, find my center, ground deeply, and then I enjoy a half hour of meditation. I do this daily, and it gives me a foundation for my life and work.<\/p>\n

I am then ready to greet the day with my favorite dog in the world. He is 12 \u00bd years old, and he is quite the charmer! We go out for a morning walk, enjoying nature, and enjoying the local wildlife, including horses and deer. While out in nature, I nurture my psychic skills by focusing on one area at a time, including audio, visual, and physical touch. It helps me tremendously when I work with clients, and I enjoy this practice.<\/p>\n

What does a typical day-off look like for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

On my days off, I enjoy nothing more than exploring the mountains and local towns around where I live. I love discovering local artists, new places to eat, and unique shops. Long walks are my favorite, especially with my dog, who has quite the skill for finding wild fruit bushes!<\/p>\n

My work is my passion, and I enjoy working with Spirit and helping people along their journeys. I’m happy to say, this young man is healthy and thriving today. His connection with water helped him through his treatment.<\/p>\n

How do you relax or clear your mind after being on the line all day?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Talking to people all over the world enriches my life, and I know it is my purpose and reason for being here. After I have been online all day, I like to wind down with either reading, catching up with friends, or some blissful time on my front porch, listening to the sounds of nature. I am fortunate that I live in a beautiful part of the country, so I can go outside and ground myself by walking barefoot on the grass. Working with people resonates with me deeply, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help those who are seeking answers.<\/p>\n
