A downside to this is that unfortunately, like begets like, and that won\u2019t help us grow. If you seem to find yourself under that cloud, try to spend 10 minutes a day doing something that you love; something that feeds your spirit and soul. Ten minutes may not seem like a lot of time, but those 10 minutes done once a day means that you are focusing on your needs for over an hour a week. Little things do add up and help us to vibrate higher and face life with a smile. We teach people every day, not only with what we say or how we act, but subconsciously, through the energy that we put out during our interactions. We also learn from those we come in contact with.
