Understanding Your Daily Focus<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Greetings, gentle readers! This week\u2019s Daily Focus is brought to you by a grounded meditation I experienced while camping in a pine forest. The words of my Guides are slightly more profound than usual. Much was learned and experienced in that lush, dense, pine forest!<\/p>\n

My meditation began as I became aware that the world around me had quieted to an easy whisper of winds. I allowed myself to explore a deeper consciousness. In this pastoral setting, such transcendence came easily. I felt myself taking full advantage of the natural bronchodilation created by the emissions of the majestic pines surrounding me. My breaths became deeper and slowly rhythmical. I could feel the warmth of the campfire and the songs of all the nocturnal animals. As I closed my eyes, I knew I was privileged to partake in such a sacred moment.<\/p>\n

Meditation can help us break through physical restraints that often reinforce limiting concepts of unrealized possibilities. More frequently than ever before, science is demonstrating the connection of psychic energy and dimensional shifts of perception. Time and space are more conceptual than you may realize! Energy is not bound to one moment. You can transcend your present perception of reality by allowing yourself to practice deep meditation with some regularity.<\/p>\n

May 11<\/strong><\/p>\n

As you are moving through your life, allow yourself to enjoy the process. Many people become so focused on the desired goal that they overlook the reality of the composition of their lives. The fullness of your life is created in the everyday, ordinary moments that comprise most of the journey. Enjoy the ordinary because it is the foundation of your most extraordinary dreams.<\/p>\n

All great ideas or goals sound a little bizarre in the beginning. Thomas Edison was getting ideas while he napped, so he placed a small bell on his fingers. He would awaken when his hand twitched and would awaken in time to write down the ideas that his subconscious revealed to him. It was in such a moment that he produced the idea for the electric light bulb. He believed that he would find his great idea in his dreams and he was correct.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhatever thoughts are consistently in my mind will manifest in my destiny.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ask any professional race car driver and they will tell you that those thunderingly fast cars will always go in the direction of the driver’s focus. Your life is much the same as those cars. Whatever you are focusing on the most is where your life will go. If you are constantly worried about not having enough money or being in a horrible relationship, your life will aim straight for that focus. You face what you fear. If you focus on the positives in your life, you will notice that those delights are multiplying.<\/p>\n

May 14<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cI am not the product of my circumstances. I am the product of my decisions.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In any given situation we almost always have a choice. It may not be the choices we desire, but there is almost always more than one outcome to the finale. Don\u2019t let yourself be bullied into a decision that doesn\u2019t feel true to your spirit. Give yourself permission to be fearless!<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is in my darkest moment that the light was shining the clearest.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Regardless of how difficult moments in our lives can become, there will always be a light showing us the way out.
