I have been going out with someone since April 2012, and since April 2017, we\u2019ve been having problems that lead me to believe I have a controlling boyfriend. Each time we have a problem, he shuts down and cuts off all communication with me. He won\u2019t speak to me for a week, and then he initiates contact but then shuts down again.
