Beginning at the root chakra, imagine a clockwise swirling, red wheel. Visualize yourself polishing the wheel to its optimum brightness. Then as the wheel spins, imagine its warmth and energy radiating outward farther and farther. Watch as vibrant red reaches beyond the room you are sitting in. Then watch it reach out to the edges of the city, then the country, then the planet, then the galaxy. Radiate the chakra\u2019s energy deep into space. Do this until the color, light, and power of the chakra has reached Source energy.
