You Create Your Karma<\/h4>\n

How often do you truly think about the kind of karma you are creating for yourself? You should take your karma seriously<\/strong><\/a> because you have the power to create change and to set the course of your destiny.<\/p>\n

Old Baggage<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we enter each new lifetime, we carry the karma of the previous ones whether it is negative or positive. An astrological reading of your birth chart can help you identify what negative karma you have brought in with you and what you must achieve in this lifetime to correct it. Some refer to this as karmic debt.<\/strong><\/a> Debt doesn\u2019t go away so if the debt is not satisfied in this lifetime, it will be carried over to the next. Evaluation and Action<\/strong><\/p>\n

Begin to pay close attention to your thoughts, feelings, and actions throughout the day. Ask yourself:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Do you feel energetic, mirthful, optimistic?
\n\u2022 Do you feel angry, jealous, anxious?
\n\u2022 Do you give only to receive?
\n\u2022 Do you give to bring joy to others?
\n\u2022 Do you feel vengeful when hurt by others?
\n\u2022 Do you use manipulation to cause emotional distress to others?
\n\u2022 Do you use manipulation to create emotional safety for yourself?
\n\u2022 Do you make decisions based on fear or guilt?<\/p>\n

Creating Positive Karma<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is human to have all of these feeling but how you put those feelings into action is what matters and what will create positive or negative karma for you. If you create it, you will own it. Release fear, anger and all the negative emotions you are carrying from day to day. Live with integrity and come from your heart. By doing so, you will begin to create positive karma and you will protect yourself from owning the negative energy that others throw at you.<\/p>\n

Take Responsibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is important to avoid blaming others for the unfortunate events that take place in our lives. We always have choices and we all own a part of what happens to us. Take that responsibility and move on. Hanging on to anger and emotional distress or retribution will bring all of that negative karma right to your front door. It will not only affect you but it will affect those you love. Stop and think before you act. Turn your back to the vicious acts of abuse and manipulation of others. Don\u2019t own the negative karma of another.<\/p>\n

The Universe Keeps Score<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everything we do to ourselves and others, the good and the bad, is carefully recorded. Do not think that the little things do not matter because they do. Do not delude yourself into believing that if you are a good person, in general, that the little lies you tell or manipulations you use to satisfy the ego and control others will be overlooked. It will always find its way back to you. Be gentle with yourself and with others and good will come to you.<\/p>\n

Ask Yourself This Important Question<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are confused, angry and unhappy the majority of the time, reflect on the things you have done to yourself and to others in the past and ask yourself this question:<\/p>\n

\u201cHave the choices I’ve made and the things I’ve done brought joy, peace, improvement and satisfaction into my life and into the lives of others?\u201d<\/p>\n

If the answer is \u201cno,\u201d stop and think. You have the power to make changes and create good karma<\/strong><\/a>. When there is joy and peace in your life, you are on track. If you are unhappy and your life is in disarray, you must create change and the Universe will support you.
