Sometimes we limit ourselves so much that we don\u2019t even see the doors that are opened around us. Or maybe we see them but don\u2019t feel worthy enough to walk through them. The reality is that there is not just one right way to do things and that setting ourselves up with expectations<\/strong><\/a> of how we \u201cmust \u201c proceed can lock us into not changing at all. You get to choose how you move forward. We can get pretty creative with the rules we set up for ourselves. For example, we can put barriers up because we think we have to accomplish things in a certain order. Or maybe we see an opportunity and spend such a long time considering it that by the time we decide it is what we want after all, the door has closed and we are left beating ourselves up for not moving faster. These blocks come from a place of fear and lack, thus limiting our personal freedom.<\/p>\n

Trust<\/strong><\/p>\n

By making the choice to come from a place of trust and love for yourself, you give yourself permission to be free. You’re free from limiting thoughts and emotions and free to enjoy your journey. You will be lead towards opportunities that really work for you and will have the insight to recognize them without question or doubt.
