Accept that You are Amazing!<\/h4>\n

We all have moments in our lives when the world seems as though it is closing in and where we feel no hope of a new worry-free day. If you have the ability to work with your hands, start a craft of some sort like making jewelry or clay formations. Whatever skill you have, build on it.
