I believe I have psychic gifts<\/strong><\/a>. I am just unsure exactly what to do and how to master them. Can you tell me what you see in me and what to do?<\/em><\/p>\n

Dear Aubrey,<\/p>\n

You may think that is a simple question, and that I can give you a simple answer, but I can\u2019t. It doesn\u2019t always work that way.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Each and every one of us has some kind of psychic gift or ability\u2014just some of us have it way closer to the surface than others. So, while you have a bit of the sparkle, what smacks me first is all the energy blocks and mental blocks you will need to work through before your gifts can begin to emerge and be honed and “mastered.” But, I have to tell you, I don\u2019t like that word: mastered. I know a lot of psychics, but I’ve yet to meet one worth their salt that has ever claimed to have mastered their gifts. I probably wouldn’t trust one who put forth such a claim, because there is never completion. We, as individuals, decide how far and how deep we want to go, usually based on what we can handle at particular points in our lives, but there\u2019s always more to learn.<\/p>\n

You have some precognition, which seems to scare you sometimes, and you also present with a depth of empathic ability, which seems to disrupt you at times. There\u2019s more, but, you have some serious blockages to work through and release first. You really need to work on becoming clear within yourself before you can truly begin to understand and work with your gifts.<\/p>\n

Spend time in meditation. Practice active meditation and work with your chakras, and call your spirit guides to you to help you find your clarity and path before going to sleep at night. Also, through visualization or active ritual, let go of some of the confusion and emotional baggage you carry. While anything can be analyzed (often, over-analyzed) it doesn’t mean it should be.<\/p>\n

Learning how to use your gifts isn’t going to bring you peace. It\u2019s peace that will free you to learn how to use your gifts.<\/p>\n

I wish I could be of more help to you. But, on the bright side, when you are ready, there is one who is going to be able to help you and guide you a great deal. You\u2019ll know her when you meet her, because your intuition will be stronger than it is now, and you\u2019ll be more trusting of it.<\/p>\n

There is truth in, \u201cWhen the student is ready, the teacher will come.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the meantime, find your personal equilibrium. Just as a dirty window makes it hard to enjoy the view, stagnated energy and blockages make it harder to become attuned.<\/p>\n
