All the way down to what kind of shoes he or she wears. Stay away from the words ‘want’ and ‘need,’ because the universe always gives you what you say or express instantly. So if you say ‘I want a guy who shows up on time,’ you\u2019ll have that very experience \u2013 of wanting. If you start to think about all of the things you didn\u2019t like about the ex \u2013 think of the opposite.”<\/p>\n

Add a Little Salt<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you’re still having a hard time breaking the connection between you and your ex or just the whole break up, Kayley<\/a><\/strong> recommends using salt. “Salt absorbs negative energy, and salt baths help clean out negative energy, not only from your mind, but your body and soul will feel cleansed as well.”<\/p>\n

Update Your Style<\/strong><\/p>\n

Change up your looks! Kayley<\/a><\/strong> told me that, “…wearing green helps heal the chakras, and when you\u2019re ready to get back in the saddle \u2013 start wearing pink \u2013 inside or out, or both! Buying yourself a new pair of shoes helps too \u2013 since your feet represent where you\u2019re going next (away from the ex!) Pamper yourself with a facial or a day at the spa with friends.”<\/p>\n
