Maybe you&#8217;ve had a few of them. Maybe it&#8217;s an <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.californiapsychics.com\/blog\/2010\/05\/dreams-about-your-ex.html\/\">ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend<\/a><\/strong> you can&#8217;t just seem to let go of. You&#8217;ll be walking along, merrily minding your own business, when out of the blue pops a thought of the person in question. All the sudden they&#8217;re <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.californiapsychics.com\/blog\/2011\/04\/the-male-mind-what-is-he-thinking.html\">occupying your mind<\/a><\/strong> and refuse to go away.<\/p>\n<p>What&#8217;s the deal with that? Are you really that hung up, or is there something deeper going on?<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve put a bit of thought into this, and here&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve come up with&#8230;<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. It&#8217;s Psychic.<\/strong> I really do think it&#8217;s often this simple: When somebody pops into our head, it&#8217;s probably because they&#8217;re thinking about us. Broadcasting. And they&#8217;re probably looking for something, whether it&#8217;s energy, attention, acknowledgement that they matter to you&#8230; whatever. You can test this by watching how soon after them popping into your mind that you get a &#8220;real-life&#8221; message from them: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.californiapsychics.com\/blog\/2010\/08\/like-the-facebook.html\/\">a Facebook, an e-mail, a phone call<\/a><\/strong>\u2014something to establish or secure a connection. That&#8217;s a pretty good indicator that you were experiencing an authentic psychic communication on some level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. It&#8217;s Karma.<\/strong> This is likely why #2 is happening: you&#8217;ve got some unresolved karmic business goin&#8217; on there, likely from this life although it may echo transactions in other lives. You should probably figure out what&#8217;s going on, and either get over it quick or resolve what needs to be resolved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. You&#8217;re Creating It. <\/strong>See #2: If you&#8217;re letting a psychic connection persist, it&#8217;s probably because you&#8217;re not owning up to your half of the karma.
