This is the type of question asked so frequently by debunkers. I have used hypnosis to help over 1,000 people experience past lives. In only a few instances has anyone ever claimed to have been someone famous in a past life, and they so strongly believed they were someone famous before being hypnotized that their belief influenced the session.<\/p>\n

When hypnotists help someone experience past lives, it\u2019s called a past life regression. Hypnosis is not something dangerous or scary<\/strong><\/a>. Hypnotists have no special powers, and hypnosis isn\u2019t truth serum. In fact, you go into hypnosis-like trances daily, just before you fall asleep. All hypnosis is really self-hypnosis. You\u2019re the bus driver, and the hypnotist is just the tour guide.<\/p>\n

Hypnosis is a wonderful experience, often described as relaxing and dreamy, although it\u2019s not sleep. Hypnosis is actually an intense state of singular focus<\/strong><\/a>. While listening to the words of a hypnotist you can be gently guided back to the amazing experience of a life or lives before your current life.<\/p>\n

Seeing yourself in someone else\u2019s body is an astounding experience. By itself it can free you from self-imposed limitations and false beliefs as to your very nature. Most people describe past life regression as a liberating and exciting experience, and want to do it again.<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of a capable hypnotist, you can experience past life regression therapy. Many of the issues people have in their lives today can actually be traced back to experiences in past lives.
