  • What is a callback?

    A callback is a service that allows you to be placed on a psychic's waiting list to be called back in the order the requests are submitted. Once the psychic logs on, and you are next in line, our telephone system will connect you with the psychic.

  • How do callbacks work?

    When the psychic you chose logs on, an outbound call is systematically made to the first customer on the callback waiting list. An automated voice response system will prompt you to enter the last four digits of your personal identification number (PIN). Once the last four digits of the PIN number are entered, a second phone call is systematically routed to the psychic. A third phone line merges you and the psychic, completing the callback process. Don't worry- your minutes won't begin until after you connect with your psychic.

  • How do I schedule a callback?

    You can easily schedule a callback with a psychic online or by calling our Customer Service team at 1.800.573.4784 (International customers can reach Customer Service by dialing 001.323.960.1597.) You can set up a callback 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - as long as there is room in that psychic's waiting list. To schedule a callback online, you can:

    • Go to the Psychics Online Now page and select a psychic.
    • If you are a new customer, follow the steps on the left starting with Step 1.
    • If you are an existing customer, you can go to the "Talk to psychic" box.
    • In both cases, when following the process, click on the "Get Callback" button, enter your phone number and the amount of time you are willing to wait - as well as the minimum amount of time you'd like to speak to the psychic.
    • Wait for your callback and speak to the psychic.

  • How much money do I need in my account to schedule a callback?

    For you to set up a callback (and at the time of your callback), you need to have a minimum of 10 minutes or the dollar equivalent for your chosen psychic in your account.

  • Can I check the status of my callback?

    Sure! You can check the status of your callback simply by logging into Your Account. Once logged in, go to the schedule tab of the psychic you scheduled a callback with. See "View the Current Waiting List," which will display your place in line, along with a breakdown of the estimated number of minutes each caller ahead of you has. You can also call our Customer Service team at 1.800.573.4784, and they will help you.

  • My wait time has exceeded the estimated time. Why haven't I gotten my callback yet?

    Estimated wait times are based on historical data related to the customers ahead of you in line, so the actual call times can vary. Also, sometimes a customer in line before you will add additional time, which changes the original wait time estimate. If your callback window has been exceeded and you would still like to speak to a particular psychic, you might attempt to add yourself to the callback list again. You can also call our Customer Service team at 1.800.573.4784 to help you get back in the callback queue.

  • I got a callback, but the call never connected to my psychic.

    If your callback did not connect properly, give our Customer Service team a call at 1.800.573.4784, and we can look into it for you. If possible, put yourself back in the callback queue.

  • What if the callback list is full?

    Room in the callback list (queue) becomes available as the psychic conducts their readings and gets through their queue. You can add yourself when room becomes available and choose the maximum 48 hours for your callback window. Please note, the maximum number of people that can wait in the callback line is 6.
