  • Can a phone reading be as effective as an in-person reading?

    There are many advantages to getting a psychic reading over the phone. Sometimes first-time customers worry that a phone call is not as effective as an in-person reading, but many times it's even better. Here's why...

During a phone call, the energy that the psychic is reading cannot be distorted or prejudiced by any distractions that the psychic might pick up on from the person being in the same room.     2. Having a phone psychic at your disposal is much more convenient (and can be far less expensive) than having to make an appointment (sometimes months in advance), travel to where the psychic is, and pay for a full hour's reading (or more)..
    3. Phone readings allow each of our psychics to conduct their readings in a place of their choosing - one that best suits their working style. We have found that when a psychic is in their own environment, they tend to be most effective. This means accuracy for them, which translates to satisfaction and clarity for you!.

    We do have a birthday discount available in the month of your birthday. We also have a Karma Rewards program you can join that allows you to earn points towards free readings. Members also are eligible for special offers on a regular basis.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), debit cards, and PayPal. We will charge your credit card only for the amount you specify.

  • How will charges appear on my card's statement?

    To safeguard your privacy, charges will always appear on your credit card statement as "TELCASH."

  • Can I use a friend or family member’s credit card?

    We can only accept a credit card that is in your name.

  • How can I add to my account while I’m on a call?

    It is best to add to your account before a call by using our phone system or by obtaining additional minutes online at that point. Time cannot be added to your account while your PIN is actually in use. You will also be given an option to purchase more time at the end of your call.

  • How much does a psychic reading cost?

    For first time customers, we have rates as low as $1 a minute. Check out our great introductory offers for New Customers. For existing customers, we have nine rates for our psychics: $4.00, $4.50, $5.00, $5.50, $6.50, $7.50, $8.50, $10.00 and $13.00 per minute.

  • Do I have to use my introductory minutes, or any time I may purchase, all at once?

    You do not have to use all of your time at once. Your minutes are good for one year. Your introductory minutes and future purchases can be used at any time, in any increments.

  • What is the average length of a psychic reading for most customers?

    It depends on the number and complexity of the question(s), of course. We recommend you allow yourself at least 15-20 minutes, in order to have a satisfactory experience. Keep in mind that an answered question will often lead to new questions.

  • How long are my introductory minutes (or purchases) good for?

    Accounts remain active and valid for a period of one year from the date of the last purchase transaction or psychic reading.

    New Customers who are using the introductory rate of $1/minute may choose from any of our $4.00 and $4.50 per minute psychics.
