As in any profession, there's always the danger of burnout from working too hard as a Psychic -- laboring too intensely and not placing balance in the rest of one's life. As an intuitive who works in her head for many hours at a time, focuses deeply with all of her senses, and deals with a mixed bag of energies throughout her work day, Annunciata ext. 5128 has developed a spiritual routine designed to counteract the stresses of a challenging profession.
As a Capricorn, this Psychic who specializes in predicting dates, times, and places, prefers to keep a structured routine of rituals. "My rituals are both grounding and energizing, and they connect me with universal energy," she begins.
"What people don't realize about energy is that if you spend your day just raising it, and you don't balance all of that -- you just get exhausted. I need to stay focused for my clients. Everyone deserves a great reading, even on the nights that I work very late" she says.
Relaxing, Grounding, and Predicting
To avoid what she describes as psychic fatigue, Annunciata begins each day with 20 minutes of Hatha Yoga and breathing exercises, which she has been practicing for years. She then moves directly into meditation, focusing on success and harmony for the day. "With my meditation, I am putting out intent and relaxing my mind." Then, while it's still early, the Psychic is out spending time with her horses.
"I like to say that I have predicted every presidential election while shoveling horse manure. I have four horses on my land that I feed and exercise. The connection I have with the horses is relaxing, grounding, and energizing -- it clears my head for my job."
Exercise Breaks
Belly dancing, which Annunciata has practiced since 1988, reenergizes the Clairvoyant on her breaks from the CP lines. "The drum beats of the music take me out of my head, and the movements lubricate my spine. After a 10 to 30 minute routine, I'm refreshed and ready to sit down to work again," she tells.
At the end of each day, the intuitive goes to a very special temple in her mind, which she has actually visited in Egypt, to meditate once again. "It's a small temple, the Temple of Isis, with a stone altar and beautifully carved walls. I always go there, to heal and relax and connect with the goddess energy. It's also a time where I connect with all kinds of things, even unexpected messages for my clients that I file away for their next reading ... What's even more amazing, is that they often call me the next day!" Annunciata concludes.
