Dear Alicia,
I wish I could tell you that there was something you could do to stop your husband from womanizing. The simple truth is, you can't. He is going to do what he is going to do. His actions are way outside of your control and that is something you need to come to terms with. He isn't a, "one woman man."
Having dropped that bomb on you, it's time to look at your options. You can let it drive you crazy and continue to try and fight a battle that you are continually losing, or you can start looking at your next step.
Rather than put all of your energy into trying to stop his actions, use that energy to improve yourself. I know that you aren't looking for, or are in the position to be, making divorce plans, but it is an option that may be more appealing to you in the future.
While your husband is out there doing his thing, take this time to do yours. I don't see you out there chasing men, but I do see you working on improving your appearance and finding things that make you happy - that don't revolve around your husband or your marriage.
The less you seem to need him, the more time he'll be wanting to spend with you.
